About Shipping

At Lafinura, we keep shipping simple and transparent. Below you will find exactly how your order travels from our warehouse to your door.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend and no hidden fees. The total shown at checkout is exactly what you pay.

Shipping Regions

Lafinura ships to all 50 US states. We do not ship to other countries at this time.

Order Processing and Delivery Times

Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM EST (New York time). Orders placed after the cutoff time are processed on the next business day.

Order Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Saturday).

Delivery Time: 6 to 10 business days after shipping (Monday to Saturday).

Estimated Total Delivery Time: Approximately 7 to 13 business days from order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing.

Where Your Order Ships From

All orders ship from our warehouse in China. Once your parcel arrives in the United States, it is delivered to your door by USPS (United States Postal Service).

Tracking Information

As soon as your order ships, we send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking becomes active within 24 to 48 hours of dispatch. You can follow your parcel on our tracking page and on usps.com.

Delays, Damage or Loss

If your parcel is delayed, damaged or lost, please contact us at support@lafinura.com. If your tracking has not updated for more than 15 business days, or your package has not arrived within 20 business days of shipment, we will open an investigation with the carrier.

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors, household members and your local post office, then contact us so we can help.

Customs and Import Fees

The price you pay at checkout covers your order in full and we add nothing on top. In rare cases, local import rules may apply duties or taxes on arrival. If that happens, please contact us at support@lafinura.com and we will help you sort it out.
