How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

Plush turns out over the collar and runs all the way in.
A short pull-on boot in a napped upper, lined in a dense plush that shows at the opening. The toe is rounded, a seam runs across the vamp and down the back quarter, and the shaft stops just above the ankle. The sole is flat with a ridged edge running around it.
✓ Plush lining:
A dense pile through the foot and shaft, turned out where the boot opens.
✓ Flat ridged sole:
A low sole with a cut ridge around the rim, level under the whole foot.
✓ Seamed vamp:
A seam runs across the front of the foot and down the back of the shaft.
✓ Napped upper:
A matte brushed surface with a stitched edge at the collar.
With straight jeans cropped above the collar.
A napped synthetic upper with a pile lining on a molded rubber sole.

I kept running into the same problem: the clothes I loved were too expensive, and the ones I could afford didn’t last. So I started looking for pieces that look good, feel good and are fairly priced, with one simple rule:
If I wouldn’t wear it, it doesn’t go in the collection.
That is why the collection stays small. I would rather offer you a few pieces you love wearing than a hundred you forget about.
