How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A panel of small cutouts set into a plain ankle boot.
An ankle boot with a softly distressed upper and a panel of perforated cutouts running down the side of the shaft. It slips on with a zip at the side, has a round toe and sits on a stacked block heel.
✓ Perforated panel:
A strip of small punched cutouts forms a pattern on the shaft.
✓ Side zip:
A zip on the inner side makes the boot quick to get on and off.
✓ Stacked block heel:
A mid-height wood-look heel gives a steady step.
✓ Round toe:
A soft, rounded toe with room through the front of the foot.
With cropped skinny jeans that show the shaft.
Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth and keep away from direct heat and strong sun. Store dry and upright.
Regular through the foot, with the shaft ending just above the ankle.

I kept running into the same problem: the clothes I loved were too expensive, and the ones I could afford didn’t last. So I started looking for pieces that look good, feel good and are fairly priced, with one simple rule:
If I wouldn’t wear it, it doesn’t go in the collection.
