How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.
Is it safe to pay here?

A longline hooded coat with a button front, deep patch pockets and a drawcord at the hood. It falls straight at the front and draws in across the back, so it covers without swamping.
✓ Drawcord hood:
A cord through the hood that pulls it close, with the ends left long at the chest.
✓ Falls below the knee:
Long enough to cover a dress completely and keep the weather off your legs.
✓ Gathered back waist:
Drawn in across the back only, which gives shape without closing in the front.
Over jeans and boots, or over a knit dress with the hood up.
Machine wash cool and hang to dry.

I kept running into the same problem: the clothes I loved were too expensive, and the ones I could afford didn’t last. So I started looking for pieces that look good, feel good and are fairly priced, with one simple rule:
If I wouldn’t wear it, it doesn’t go in the collection.
