We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A tall lace-up winter boot with a marled knit cuff at the top, a buckled strap at the ankle and a full side zip, on a lug sole. Warm without looking like equipment.

A flecked knit band at the top, folded down over the shaft.
✓ Front lacing and side zip:
Laced for the fit, zipped for the mornings.

One strap across the instep, over the lacing.
With skinny jeans tucked in and a long coat.
