We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A flat suede-look bootie with a ribbed knit cuff that can be worn up or folded down, on a plain rubber sole. There is no zip and no lace: it goes on like a shoe.
✓ Knit cuff, up or down:
Wear it high on the ankle or roll it over, which changes the whole proportion.
✓ No fastening:
The knit stretches enough to step into, so nothing digs in at the ankle.
✓ Flat rubber sole:
Level from heel to toe, quiet on a hard floor.
✓ Soft suede-look upper:
A brushed matte surface that stays soft rather than creasing hard.
With cropped jeans, or with a long skirt in the cold.
Brush clean when dry. Keep away from direct heat.

I kept running into the same problem: the clothes I loved were too expensive, and the ones I could afford didn’t last. So I started looking for pieces that look good, feel good and are fairly priced, with one simple rule:
If I wouldn’t wear it, it doesn’t go in the collection.
