How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.
Is it safe to pay here?

A quilted jacket cut roomy enough to layer over anything.
Over a knit on cold mornings, over just a tee when the afternoon turns. The cut is deliberately loose and straight, falling somewhere between the hip and the thigh, and the front closes with snaps instead of a zip, so it goes on and off in one motion.

Press studs run down the center front. Faster than a zip, and they never catch on a scarf or a strand of hair.
✓ Hood with contrast trim:
A roomy hood edged in a contrasting tone, sewn into the collar rather than fastened on, so it never twists out of place.
✓ Loose, straight silhouette:
Cut wide through the body so a chunky knit underneath does not pull it out of shape across the back.

A length that covers properly without restricting how you walk.

I kept running into the same problem: the clothes I loved were too expensive, and the ones I could afford didn’t last. So I started looking for pieces that look good, feel good and are fairly priced, with one simple rule:
If I wouldn’t wear it, it doesn’t go in the collection.
