How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

Two shades, one boot, no clash.
an ankle boot cut from two shades that meet across the vamp, with a ruched shaft, a buckled strap and a side zip. The pleating is what stops the two tones reading as a mistake.
✓ Two-tone upper:
A darker foot and a lighter shaft, joined on a seam across the instep.
✓ Ruched shaft:
Gathered above the ankle so it collapses softly rather than standing stiff.
✓ Buckled ring strap:
A strap through a metal ring at the ankle, set over the zip.
✓ Side zip:
Full-length on the inside, so the strap never has to be undone.
With straight jeans that break just above the shaft.
Wipe clean with a damp cloth and let dry away from heat.
